I drove into Busselton today. They have a beautiful beach, with a 2 km long jetty (brygga), with a small train taking tourists.
It seemed to very popular among the kids to jump from the jetty into the water, they took turns, and looked to have a really good time. Didn't have my shorts with me, or I might have joined them. :-)
I drove further along the coast to Yallingup, where it was supposed to be good surfing. I can tell you, the waves there were fantastic, much better than in Lorne. I only saw one guy surfing, but he was good!
I was on my way to a waterfall, which I ended up never finding. But I ran across some vineyards,
one with a pond with a really beautiful statue in it,
and a restaurant close to it. Really good energies there!
Really nice pictures Stefan, it looks like you are having fun :)
ReplyDeletePlease continue to post pictures :)
Have fun

Thanks! Wish you a warm spring in Sweden!
ReplyDeleteAnd the wine? Don't you drink wine in Sweden? The area Margaret River is known for its great wines! Connie
ReplyDeleteHi Connie! I do drink wine occasionally. And yes, there were many vineyards along the roads. Just didn't get the impulse to go in there.
ReplyDeleteI go much on instinct during this journey, and I must admit it is a whole new way to travel.
